Sikander is holding a first class with distinction degree in Bachelors of Science on Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Microbiology at Spectrum Institute of Science and Technology in Sri Lanka, Presently he is working for Neptune Recyclers in their operations. He is a Youth Activist and a Youth Ambassador, he is an” British Council International Climate Champion” and a Global Changemaker, Sikander has initiated and organized several grass-root level projects, workshops/Training programs, conferences and he has attended several programs conducted by Governmental, Non-Governmental and International Organizations. He has held several key positions in organizing several national and international events/programs. Apart from the action oriented projects he is keen on strategic action plan. He has represented his country in several international conferences/Summits/ training programs. He has been                 

                                                     involved in making several policy papers drafts/declarations locally and                

                                                     internationally on Climate Change/ Sustainable Development etc.

Rehan Fernando has finished his Undergraduates in business management and marketing. He has also finished his Post graduate in International Relations and studied camera works together with Spanish and Chinese as languages.Currently he is following a MBA program from the University of Bucks, UK. He works as a marketing consultant, lecturer, documentary film maker, photographer, journalist, researcher, designer, writer and operates his own CSR consultancy and media organization. He prefers to work in grass root projects such as waste management, policy formulation, research and documentary film making. He has a passion for positive change and strongly believes in the power of youth. He is a volunteer for many climate change and wild life conservation groups and strives to make a change through delectation and hard work. He has already developed a structured               

sustainability plan which focuses on happiness and mindfulness. He looks
                                               forward to discuss his innovative ideas with other delegates and groups.

Sahan Hattotuwa is currently following a professional  accounting qualification. He is a quite experienced MUNer, he has taken part in many MUN conferences like World MUN and SLMUN, and also organised several mun conferences. He also  interested in Local and International Politics, and  thus likes to get involved with such kinds of Processes. He firmly believes that youth needs to be more empowered of if the country wants to move forward. Thus he likes to get involved in such kinds of programs which has such objectives.
