NRR20+ C partnering with COMUN
The National Road To Rio +20 Campaign is
officially partnering with Colombo Model United Nations ( COMUN) . The partnership was officially announced on the 22nd December at the COMUIN workshop held at the Overseas school, Colombo.
The founders of the Campaign will be present in all 3
days of the conference and will extend its support in initiating green projects
in communities and schools. The best environmental project will be recognized
and awarded. NRR+20 C together with the executive committee members of COMUN will
also choose 2 delegates for the Rio+20 delegation of Sri Lanka. The students
showed high interest and enthusiasm to participate in the “Road to Rio”
campaign 2012.
